This helped me become the most focused I have ever been in my life.
  • Disappointing nonsense

I have enjoyed MindPump for many years. When they recommend something, I’ll look into it and check it out. They had high praise for this app. I specifically wanted to try it for sleep as I’ve had issues for years off and on. On multiple occasions I tried the deep sleep option during the 2 wk trial. I have come to the conclusion that this app is complete nonsense. At the least, it didn’t work for me at all. My advise: don’t waste your time and certainly not your money.

Not Recommended - like the music and settings. It worked for about a week. Now when opening, it takes me to the free trial - sign up, and won’t allow access even though the settings show a paid membership to February 2026. I would likely use this often, especially for focus. I sent feedback and they replied that someone would contact me. Never happened. Don’t waste your money. Andy C.

As a medical student, I always struggled with maintaining focus during long study sessions. Ever since I started using this app, my concentration and productivity have skyrocketed. I only wish I had discovered it sooner—it has completely transformed the way I study. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their focus and efficiency!
  • Bluetooth issues

Bluetooth issues. Connecting from my phone to any speaker, there is lots of popping and cracking sounds. Contacted support and they basically said “that’s odd.” I asked for a refund, they said I have to ask Apple. I try to ask Apple and it said it’s no longer eligible for a refund. I bought a year’s subscription. Do yourself a favor and if you want to try this app just subscribe monthly to make sure it works, because there is no support.

It’s always been hard for me to sit down and focus so that I could study or practice but having this in my ear in the focus section my brain is just dialed in. Buy this app it’ll change your life.
  • Zero customer service response

I enjoyed using the app but their customer service is abysmal. I renewed my annual subscription on the App Store. Whenever I try to load the app and play music, the app tries to get me to sign up for a new trial. I already have a subscription! I’ve emailed their support 4 times and received no response. Submitted a refund request to Apple subscriptions

I mostly love this app. It helps with my sleep and focus. I have major ADHD and for the most part I can function. My only complaint is there’s this fluttery sound that is on almost every track some days. And I can not get past it. I wish there was a way to turn it off
  • It’s one of the single most important productivity tools I use

It doesn’t just help you focus, it breaks it down by type of focus. It’s easier to reach a state of flow with creative focus. It’s the only way I can achieve true deep work. Plus, there’s meditation, sleepy music to get the kids to bed and so many options. I’m a better version of me with it.
