Prospects can learn more about the community, with or without assistance from site staff. They can view property maps and select a unit, choose from available rental options and enter their information to apply online. Then they can pay application and sign their lease electronically. Once they become residents, they can also use RentCafe Kiosk to book amenities and sign for packages. Agent mode lets agents manage operational functions in a secure environment with touch ID access.
