    I have been in touch with support at least a half dozen times, if not more, regarding unfair treatment and discrimination. They offer some players ads, like a VIP pass, but not to all players since it’s in beta. They put non-beta participants in with beta ads players in games, such as, bush banaza to create an unfair advantage. They also put you in timed games with other countries, always ending on their time, whereas the USA time ends at 3 or 4 AM. When questioned about rotating or segmenting players different, they appreciate feedback for consideration, but never change. This has been happening for a very long time. Very sad about the discriminatory and unfair treatment in one of my favorite games!

    okay sooo i love this game because, 1 it has lots of levels you can complete, and 2 its a time killer, it makes you want to find out more places to clean!! its very fun!

    This game is really fun, but there is a real problem with board & storage space. When I first started playing there was maybe (1) additional competition game going, but now it’s like (3) other games going on at the same time and they all need to have their entrances on the main board for some reason (why not just access them through the home page?), which takes up board space that you need for the main game, especially when these challenges are requesting really high level items. Would be nice if we got more board space OR if storage space was cheaper to buy (my next space is costing 50k coins which is outrageous).

    The game itself is a lot of fun. The one gripe I have is that they throw too many mini games on top of each other. If you are a type A clean checklist person, this game is going to make you nuts. If you love lots of different things going on at the same time…jump in the water is warm!

    This game used to be fun and low key but it’s now a pure money grab. Unless you are willing to shell out $$$ don’t even bother with the events.

    I’ve been playing this game avidly for years and I have recently been falling out of love with it. The incredibly cluttered home screen, constant, repetitive events and pop-ups have brought the game near unplayable for me. So sad this is the direction the developers have taken. A great game, ruined.

  • Pretty good, but…

    I’ve been playing this game for several years now (I have yet to get to the actual mansion… maybe one of these years) and occasionally spend money on it even though it’s optional. My main complaint is too many side events happening at once. I open the game and there’s three of them at once. Right now it’s lucky catch, gemstones, and bake off, and the entrances all take up a precious board space. Too many at once and I basically just ignore all the side stuff now. How about just one at a time? Or two tops if one is very limited, like three or four days. Otherwise, the game is fine and fairly generous and if you’re a hoarder like me, you’ll have a backlog of items to skip time and get more energy.

    I really appreciate the effort to keep introducing new events to keep things fresh! The game staff has been able to provide side events that aren’t cookie cutter clones of each other, keeping them interesting when they are cycled in. I just wish I could actually finish one without spending a fortune of either time or money!
