  • Fundamentals don’t work!

Have had multiple issues with password changes not saving to records, passkeys not saving or working. Find the experience to be clunky and the customer service anemic. I regret subscribing and can’t wait to change providers once it expires. Avoid!

What was once a solid app has become as useful as Siri: it’s not. No MFA support, frequently asks to sign out and back in. Absolute trash, and customer support is abysmal. Claim is they respond within two hours which is nearly 50 hours sooner than reality - and it takes multiple attempts to connect with them. Run away. Avoid this bloated pig like the plague that it is.

I started using this software a year ago, and I choose the non protected version which is free. Now it keeps asking me to pay for the protected version otherwise I will have to continue click the button to decline it. It feels like a trap to get you using it and then it’s hard to abandon it. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I feel there is two payments to make it look like it’s not a lot of money for a yearly subscription. I feel it takes a while to come up on the screen when it’s first opened. I’ve never been able to sync all my devices, my laptop, my desktop, and my phone. And I don’t believe that’s cool.
  • Misleading and inaccessible passwords.

When I downloaded this app it never informed me that it was a “free trial”. I created an entire account and not during a single step of that process was it ever mentioned that access to the app and my info would be time sensitive and limited, only that I would have to pay for additional features other than password storage. I had this free app for a very long time and one day tried to access my passwords only to be met with a screen informing me my “free trial” was over and that my passwords were now inaccessible, UNLESS I would like to now “upgrade” my account for $35 a month. No option to retrieve or remove my stored information if don’t want to “upgrade”. The app decided to go from free to paid and is holding my passwords hostage for, essentially, a $35 fee. My advice is to not give any money to this bait and switch nonsense app/company and get yourself a free password storage app. I’ve already found multiple that give me access, FOR FREE, all the additional features this app wanted me to pay for and some this app doesn’t even offer. My advice to the company is to let people that used this app when it was a free app, not a trial like you’re trying to claim it was, the option to retrieve their passwords if they don’t want to pay for your overpriced ridiculous “service” and stop trying to extort them for $35.

Have been using this app for around five or more years now. It is great use it on a daily basis. Love the fingerprint recognition and the fact you can protect and add photos.
