Every update/change makes your app more annoying to use every single time. Ever since Chegg ai this app has been terrible trying to find good solutions. And now they made finding other solutions even more annoying with the layout. Looks like someone is pushing the crappy Ai that can’t even get anything right.
  • New Update Is Bad

Absolutely upset about the new update! This new update is beyond ridiculous and none of us can actually get solutions to our questions! And it’s a waste of money to have the “experts” take forever to answer to questions HOURS after posting and sometimes not getting any answers at all!
  • Unreliable

Chegg can have your answers and it can be great. But be aware that if you send a problem to an “expert” it could take many many hours before you get a result. By that time I have figured it out somewhere else making paying for Chegg completely useless. As I’m writing this Chegg hasn’t even started to answer any of my questions and it’s been at least 30 minutes. On top of that sometimes they will bounce back the question saying they need more information. When the entire question is in the picture, then you have to use ANOTHER one of you 20/20 questions you can use to send. Because you only get 20 questions to send to an expert a month for $16. To make it full circle most of the time it takes too long to get a response making paying the money completely useless.
  • Not as good as it used to be…

Chegg used to be my go to when I got stuck. With its AI generated responses now, it really upsets me. Whenever I submit my questions for an “expert” to answer, it’s always an AI response. I wish it never became a thing and I want the old pen and paper responses back.

This app/website is pretty useful for studying and teaching yourself when you get a professor that doesn’t really do a great job at teaching you the material. However, it is a pain in the butt to use sometimes because it seems like every couple of weeks. I get my account suspended for suspicious activity and it asked me to reset my password to regain access, but it takes forever for the system to send me a password reset if it even does and longer to update my password in the system. It’s a little on the pricey side so I would say if you’re a high school student or a freshman/sophomore in college it will probably be worth a try, however unless you’re in a college major that has virtually no math in it I don’t think it’s worth it for the last two years of college because there isn’t much of anything on the site to help.
  • Please Get Rid of AI

Chegg used to be pretty reliable most of the time. Ever since they made it AI based, a lot of the answers are wrong and you can’t scroll through similar questions either. The last 50 reviews on the App Store are all 1 stars complaining about the AI update. If Chegg actually wants to stay in business, they will look at these reviews and get rid of AI
  • App is totally useless now

Every update has just made the app worse and impossible to navigate and every single question I post is answered incorrectly and then I have to post it 5 different times over and over. If they get my problem wrong I don’t understand why I have to pay to ask the same question again just so they can do the problem again and purposely give me an answer that they put 5 seconds of effort into and know that it’s clearly wrong.
  • Chegg killed itself with AI

This app used to make for a great study material for people but the company shot itself by replacing all the actual human responses to questions for AI answers that are horribly wrong all the time. Unless they change to old ways the company will go bankrupt
  • Ai has ruined this app

Chegg used to be a great resource where you could confirm the answers to your questions. The answers would be mostly correct. Now that they’ve started using Ai to answer questions, they are wrong a majority of the time and just show you a block of text that contains little more than gibberish. Huge waste of money for $17 a month with tax. It’s been a trusted resource for me for the past few years but now I am cancelling my subscription for good. Do better Chegg!!
