In the newest version, it’s very common that the texts selected in keyboard do not show up in the translate window…
  • You Need To Add More Languages

You need to add Tagalog and Bisaya which is the national language of the Philippines. Filipino is not a language. Filipino means man/boy. Filipina is woman/girl. Filipino and Filipina is a gender. Tagalog is the national language of the country Philippines. Bisaya is one of the tribal languages of Philippines. Change Filipino to Tagalog and add Bisayan language to your list.
  • Better before the update now it’s barely usable…

I live abroad and my Spanish is not perfect, but it gets better every day, but I’ve relied on the Google translation tool to be able to live here without issues and to make my life easier unfortunately with this last update it doesn’t seem to understand who’s talking and it’s not as easy to use is try to automatic things and the other version was less automated but worked. I’d rather have the old version, but I cannot because I have an iPhone. This new version will only translate one person before I have to exit and then it asks for a confirmation of the exit. It’s glitchy and I don’t like it and it makes my life a lot harder.
  • Great translation tool, dogawful interface

It is an indescribably useful (not perfect) tool for translation and language learning, wrapped in the most awful, user unfriendly, unintuitive interface imaginable. It's like they tried to make a "Translate for Dummies" app interface, but they couldn't even get the Dummies part right. So I grit my teeth and use it, because it's sooo much better in terms of translation quality than iFruit translate, or Microsock Bong... But the horrible interface and the lack of customized options bring this down to 3 stars.
  • Romanized Typing for Japanese is Buggy

    By Dissatisfied Customer 808
The last update seems to have made typing Japanese in Romanization buggy. When you start typing, there’s a funky latency that causes major Japanese character typing errors. For example, when you start typing the letters of a syllable, it starts normally but the vowel doesn’t come out quick enough and becomes another character without finishing the previous syllable. It might look something like this: tえん instead of てん. I hope you are able to correct this. Typing in English is fine.
