The device is a helpful fitness tracker. I actually wear on my ankle at times, still pretty accurate. The app interface is too bright. The heart rate monitor could use more y-axis labels. The sleep tracker doesn't always add correctly: for example, if I fall asleep on the couch at 9 or 10 pm, then wake up and go to bed before midnight, it won't add that time to the after midnight sleep. But my biggest issue is that the app is too bright.
  • Stopped Working Correctly in August 2024 - Gave Up on Fitbit in December 2024

*Edited in December 2024 to add: Just bought the Apple Watch. Just wish I had made the switch sooner. It’s so nice to have my steps counted again.* The last saved steps I have are from August 26, 2024. The app will occasionally show my daily steps now but now immediately resets if I close the app. It also no longer works with my syncing app to update Apple Health. I love my Fitbit One because I don’t want to wear a watch on my wrist but this is making me seriously consider buying an Apple Watch.
  • Awesome but…

After about a month, the menstrual data no longer syncs on the watchface. The app reads correctly but it doesn’t speak to the watch at all. It was a feature I was really looking forward to. It would be awesome if it could get fixed.

I have last more weight from walking close to 3-5 miles a day. I never leave the house without it!
  • Great but buggy

I use the app everyday and it was working fine until a few weeks ago. The app is having trouble track steps and it’s kind of a pain. I would give five stars but the bugs are so annoying.

For the past several days my charge 4 won’t fully sync with app. It gets hung up about halfway through. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I have “forgotten” the device in settings and reconnected. I’ve done all of this more than once over a few days. It’s fully charged. I don’t see any other options in support. Assuming it’s the recent update. Please help!

It’s very frustrating that my Fitbit no longer tracks my mileage when I run. Will this issue be resolved or do I need to get a better product elsewhere?
  • Horrible User experience

No assistance and not a easy process to get Fitbit to work
  • App just became the worst ever-buy an Apple Watch instead

I am a LONG TIME Fitbit customer and the app has become unusable! They keep changing the graphics and it is not only the ugliest but hard to read and has made looking at/using the app a nightmare. Their big Google partnership has ruined all the good features on the app and it won’t let me be ‘friends’ with my dad for the Fitbit I bought him. Fitbit went from the best to the worst. UPDATE: Things just went from bad to worse with their latest sleep tracker update.
