Use Google drive or iCloud. I had enough of one drive. Often I made changes to files in one pc and when I go to a second pc it overwrites the old file version instead of downloading the new version. Amazing.
  • I have to delete the app to get it to sync. It’s been this way for a year!

  • Gets worse with every update

This app has become totally unusable for me. It was always slow and it always had AWFUL search capabilities, but now it won’t even let me click on a folder to browse contents. It seems like every update just makes the app worse and worse. I don’t understand how a company that thinks it’s the leader on cloud-based work apps can make a product that’s just been so consistently awful for so long.
  • Great app…before update

App worked great and I had no issues with the app whatsoever. Now since the update, the app doesn’t work well. Yeah all my pictures are still saved but it’s nearly impossible to actually see them. It’s just blank white boxes and takes so long to load when they used to come up instantly. Also, pretty bummed that I can view my “on this day” photos anymore. It just sits on a loading screen and never actually comes up. I have let my phone sit open on it for 30+ minutes and it still won’t work
  • Unusable for Photo Memories

I pay, and have paid, for OneDrive for the past 10-years, roughly. I use it, since I had my son almost 4-years ago, primarily for photo memories. More recently the video playbacks are unusable. They buffer, and buffer, for minutes and don’t render fully even upon buffering. Or, when they do play the quality is circa ‘08 iPhone. For someone paying monthly this isn’t ideal.
  • OneDrive and working with Apple iPad and MSWord

I have found it extremely difficult to do word processing using a Word 365 I just bought with my new Apple iPad. The Word cannot perform most of the functions it is supposed to do as these are simply greyed out and not available. At least it does save on OneDrive, and, if I can find my file, that does not work too badly, but I have had some pretty awful formatting problems across the two operating systems. I used to work with a much older MSOffice on a MS laptop and had far fewer problems and found wordprocessing so much simpler and easier to import objects, for instance.
