IS NOT as accurate as advertised. Only pay for the subscription if you need advanced planning that is mostly correct. Used to be great for the Los Angeles area but then sometime after introducing “new” location methods a few months ago the location data for vehicles became lagged, inaccurate or stopped showing up. It fails to update properly about 30% of the time and will often stop updating widget and Lock Screen times so don’t think that’s a good “feature”. When I contacted customer support about a line being relocated they basically said they don’t do manual updates, just whatever gets posted by the metro authority. That caught me by surprise because I thought their entire purpose of existence was to do a better job at routing Metro riders than Metro did, and those who know, know Metro IS NOT timely about updates. P.S. The app updated the line about a month after Metro did, which was 3 months after the change.

In NYC if you can’t get the next train time right I have no use for you. Multiple times I have changed where I would catch the train based on this app and found it was completely wrong about a train coming. It is barely worth downloading and using for free but definitely not worth paying for.
  • A New Button & Update

I love this app. What would make it even better is if there was a way for me to press a button to say I’m on the bus so that way I can continue to track my ride in case I accidentally close the app Another Needed Update is that when I put in a route to get to where I’m going, and it takes 2 buses or more to get there, it’d be nice to be able to set an alert for next connecting buses. Instead of having to stop transit then start the 2nd part of my community route just to set an alert
  • Not enough info

I am trying to get from My Home downtown. I would have to take the 837 bus, but there is no route that pops up from my home to get me to the 837 route. Tells me I would need to walk 57 minutes to get there or bike 30 minutes. I’m not understanding why the app doesn’t show the connector bus
