    I have ADHD. I only use this app to communicate with my children’s teachers. It’s great for that purpose, but it has one flaw: the app only connects to my internet. So when I’m out and about and notice that I have a notification from the teacher, usually when I’m waiting in line to pick them up from school, if I click on the app to read the message, I won’t be able to see the message if I don’t have internet. Which wouldn’t be a problem, except it clears the notification that I got a new message. So by the time I get to an internet connection, I have completely forgotten that the teacher messaged me. I depend on that little number notifying me of messages in my emails and texts. If I can’t answer the texter, I leave the text alone so it doesn’t clear the reminder, or set the email to unread. That way I don’t look like I’ve completely blown off the person messaging me. I would really appreciate the ability to look like I am actually as engaged in my child’s life as I really am. And I think the teachers would appreciate more prompt responses from me. Thanks!

    The app never gives notifications, and I’ve checked my settings multiple times, made sure it’s always updated, deleted and redownloaded the app—everything I can think of. It’s so frustrating.

    Stop asking me to rate your app. I liked a photo a teacher posted. Don’t ruin the moment with a popup asking to rate and leave a review. The button I pressed was a “like” button, not an “I’d like to leave a review” button.

    My recent memories in third grade are kept in here and I can look back to them and my mom has an easy access to my teacher all with Class Dojo. -Third grader

  • No notification control

    App incessantly sends “reminder” notifications for content I didn’t yet tap on. I don’t need your reminders and your noise. If I wanted to see that content, I would have tapped on it. Now I can’t figure out what’s a real new notification I need to look at, or a useless reminder.
