  • Love the game, but…

    Update: I have now put this game on the back burner. I will try to get unstuck each day and get my daily bonus, but I’m not going to dwell on it…. When I can play, I play extensively and enjoy the competitions… until I hit a wall with another impossible level, then it’s relegated to minimal play. Personally, I think you should eliminate the Ultrahard. I know I would be playing a lot more. I would love to give this game 5 stars, however when you get stuck, which you will, you can only move forward with coins and/ or extra lives/ more time or a combination of all three. It takes weeks to accumulate enough from the little daily bonus’ to succeed. I’ve gotten to where I don’t even want to play. They need to work on giving you ways to get through a stuck level whether that is that the level eventually becomes easier after you have tried a reasonable number of times or more ways to collect bonus’ to help you get through the tough levels.

    I really like the game but once you hit the upper levels, above 2000, it becomes way too difficult. Every other level seems hard, super hard or ultra hard, with no way to earn coins or help, and is no longer fun. They need to fix this or people will stop playing.

    This game is fun & addictive. I would purchase the monthly goal pack but once I was stuck on the same level for over 3 weeks it was a waste of money so I won’t be buying it again. I made it a little over level 2400 and now the game is extremely challenging and no longer fun to play. If the game programmers don’t adjust the games difficulty they will lose more and more players. I was stuck on a level so long that the game offered me 300 extra seconds to pass the level which confirmed the game developers are aware of the issues. Maybe I’ll try this game again in a year. It was fun while it lasted.

    Its impossible to beat the upper levels with no boosters or paying money to purchase them. Even the “easy” levels are fantastically difficult. They layer so many similar items with small color variations to trick you. Add multiple layers of unnecessary items and make the items you need extremely small. They suckered me in for sure. But im done now. Ive purchased many boosters only for it to get harder and harder even on easy levels. They have lost a customer

    I loved this game but the latest update required acceptance to third party advertisers with no ay to opt out. Sorry, not doing that. Deleted.

    I like playing the game but I have noticed a few serious issues. First, after making a purchase, I have seen additional charges for purchases I have not made. The amounts tend to be a little less than the item purchased. At first, I thought it was a simple mistake and I didn't speak up. I stopped buying items for a while. However, I recently made a purchase and BAM additional charge on my account. This seems like an intentional SCAM! Another issue with this game is that sometimes when you win prizes (coins, tools to help pass levels, etc.) they never show up in your account. This is super frustrating. The game itself is fine. I do agree, they tend to make levels impossible to beat without buying something. I am going to reach out to BBB and App Store regarding the additional UNAUTHORIZED charges.

    I’m so frustrated with this game. You have to have boosters to pass levels rated hard super hard or ultra hard. Not bad at first but watch out past level 2000…. You get nowhere without giving them money…. It such a SCAM! I’m done! The developers should wanna keep you playing and after a certain let’s say 400 tries make it do you pass and don’t quit!
