Have you ever wanted to find an email conversation in your inbox? Microsoft does not care. The iOS Outlook is designed to make this impossible. Search for a term, and maybe it will let you have one message you sent out of a multi message conversation but none of the replies. Why? Presumably profound incompetence and a refusal to do any UX research. Is it possible to change settings to fix this? Maybe if you take an entire “uncovering the secret functionality of Outlook” tutorial, but not in any of the visible, available setting options. This app is literally worthless as an email app. It is incredibly hard to overstate how badly designed this awful, awful app is. Don’t waste your time.

Works as expected. Easy to setup. Synchronizes with my work email perfectly. Calendar is very useful. Integrates with Office apps perfectly on iPhone.

3/13/2025 How does this garbage app not know that 5 identical emails from 5 different addresses isn’t phishing? Or that I’m not old enough to get AARP email 3 times a day. Also how often should I have to update my credentials to get my other emails forwarded to this app. Emails from Blocked Senders keep ending up in my focused inbox while my contacts email go to Other. I’ve had this email address for 10 years and it keeps getting worse. I wish we could block subject phrases or all non contacts. Microsoft do you need me to go learn to code and fix this for you?

I generally like Outlook for all of my business email and calendar needs. However, I do not like the fact that it is continually signing me out on my phone and I have to jump through hoops to get signed back in.
